A 51-year-old man died after a portion of a third-floor balcony of a MHADA cessed building collapsed in Mumbai's Walkeshwar late Tuesday night amid incessant rains. Emergency teams rushed to the scene and shifted the victim to JJ Hospital, where he was declared brought dead. Authorities are investigating the cause.
