A PIL has been filed seeking contempt proceedings against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal over circulation of videos showing Kejriwal arguing in his plea and seeking recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in liquor policy case. Justice Sharma has refused to recuse from the case. Justice Tejas Karia of Delhi HC has recused from hearing PIL seeking contempt proceedings against Kejriwal.
