A 42-year-old Indian startup founder named Beri Vikram tried to set a winery on fire in US' Saratoga. When confronted by staff, Vikram threw a wine bottle and fled and intentionally crashed his Tesla into two parked cars, sending one over an embankment. Vikram then refused to surrender and "crawled out of the car" after police used pepperball and spray.
