What happens in case of difference of opinion between CEC & other ECs?

In 1995, the Supreme Court ruled that a rule of majority will apply in case of a difference of opinion between Chief Election Commissioner and Election Commissioners. This comes after The Indian Express reported that ECs Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi lodged 14 objections over 10 months. ECI denied any rift and said that all decisions were taken unanimously.
