Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei reportedly warned President Masoud Pezeshkian that if he attempted to resign again, it would be accepted. Pezeshkian had reportedly threatened to resign several times, saying his administration had been sidelined from major foreign policy decisions. Another report claimed Khamenei gave the IRGC commander final authority over major decisions involving the US.
