What arrangements are planned for Diljit's Delhi concert amid security concerns?

Police has recommended between 1,500 and 2,000 private guards for Diljit Dosanjh's Delhi concert, compared to the 400 proposed by the organisers. To keep the area around stadium clear, police are planning to restrict vehicle movement within 500 to 700-metre radius. The proposed pedestrian-only zone would allow entry only to vehicles carrying the artiste and those with specific event authorisation.
