A US man named Michael Fleming was arrested with a felony robbery charge after trying to withdraw 1 cent from a bank. On handing the withdrawal slip to the bank's teller, he was told he couldn't withdraw just a penny. "So you want me to say the other word?" Fleming told the teller, following which the latter called law enforcement.
