Authorities in West Bengal have launched a fresh investigation into the 2021 post-poll violence cases following the Mamata Banerjee-led TMC's victory. So far, 458 fresh inquiries have been started, 181 new FIRs have been registered, and 59 previously closed cases have been reopened for investigation. CM Suvendu Adhikari urged victims and their families to come forward and lodge complaints.
