Where are women investors putting their money?

According to AMFI-Crisil Factbook 2026, gold exchange-traded funds made up 16.4% of women's passive fund portfolios in March 2026. Their AUM rose from ₹5.84 lakh crore in March 2021 to ₹15.88 lakh crore in March 2026. Further, for women under 25, the equity fund AUM stood at 88.3% and for women in 25-44 age group it stood at 76.2%.
