UP man jumps 30-feet into dam for a reel; fractures both legs

A 32-year-old man in UP's Jhansi jumped from nearly 30 feet into Pahuj Dam to record a reel for his social media account. However, due to low water levels, he landed on rocks instead of deep water, fracturing both his legs. A metal rod has been inserted into one of his legs, while surgery on the other is still due.
