Andhra Sub-Inspector climbs Europe's highest peak on I-Day, unfurls 100-m Tricolour

Andhra Pradesh Police Sub-Inspector V Venkateswara Rao climbed Europe's highest peak, Mount Elbrus, on India's 80th Independence Day and unfurled a 100-metre Tricolour at the peak. Rao also sang the National Anthem after he reached the 5,642-metre peak of Mount Elbrus in Russia. He dedicated his achievement to police personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty.
