Manoj buys 4.5-acre agricultural land for ₹1.37 cr in Pune: Report

Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee has purchased 4.45 acres of agricultural land in Pune’s Mulshi taluka for ₹1.37 crore, Hindustan Times reported. The property was bought from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain, with ₹6.86 lakh paid as stamp duty and ₹30,000 as the registration fee. In 2023, Bajpayee invested ₹32 crore in four office units in Mumbai's Oshiwara.
