Hundreds of students and activists protested at Azad Maidan in Goa's Panaji after state BJP vice-president Narendra Sawaikar's "Cockroaches are with termites! Save the nation!" post triggered outrage. "I am a termite...I would try to eat up the government's fortress of corrupt power," said a 24-year-old protester. "I am fine with being labelled a termite," said a 20-year-old college student.
