Record for longest gap without a boundary in an IPL final was broken during GT's innings against RCB in IPL 2026 final in Ahmedabad on Sunday. Nishant Sindhu hit a four on fifth ball of the fifth over after which GT didn't score a boundary for 40 deliveries. Their next boundary came on the fourth delivery of the 13th over.
