Under Indo-Russian Reciprocal Exchange of Logistics Agreement (RELOS), provisions have been made for mutual deployment and logistical support between India and Russia. They've agreed to station five battleships, ten fighter planes and 3,000 soldiers on each other's soil simultaneously. India will be able to access Russia's airbases and ports. Under RELOS, cost reimbursement is also included.
