A BEST bus carrying Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde reportedly broke down on Tuesday morning ahead of a BMC-organised pre-monsoon inspection tour, causing a temporary delay. Officials and accompanying staff had to halt the visit before alternate arrangements were made. The bus was repaired in around 20 minutes and no injuries were reported.
