When asked about becoming a father nine months after winning the IPL title, RCB captain Rajat Patidar said it happened "coincidentally". He was further asked if he plans to have more children, to which the 32-year-old replied, "Let's see, I have to talk with my wife." Patidar-led RCB won their maiden IPL title in June 2025.
