Fire breaks out on ship in China, 20 killed

A cargo ship caught fire while docked for repairs in a Chinese port on Thursday, killing at least 20 people and leaving five missing, Chinese state media reported. The ship, identified as "Ocean Melody", sails under a Liberian flag and had 42 people on board, with 12 safely evacuated. Chinese President Xi Jinping ordered a rescue operation for the missing.
