Mumbai's 7 lakes' level rises to 97.48%

Mumbai’s seven lakes, which supply drinking water, collectively held 97.48% of their total live storage capacity, or 14,10,895 million litres, as of 6 am on Monday, according to Hydraulic Engineer’s Department at Bhandup Master Control Centre. The current stock stands lower than in the same period last year, when reservoirs contained 14,28,613 million litres (98.70%).
