Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán conceded defeat in the country's parliamentary elections and congratulated Péter Magyar, the leader of the opposition Tisza party. Orbán, who was widely known as US President Donald Trump's ally, had been the Prime Minister of the country for 16 years. "The election results, though not yet final, are clear and understandable," Orbán said.
