Ahead of the winter session in Parliament on Monday, PM Narendra Modi criticised the Opposition for disrupting the Houses. "Some leaders who the people have rejected are constantly trying to control Parliament through hooliganism...The people...count all their actions and when the time comes, they also punish them," he said. He added it's sad new MPs don't get chance to speak.
