The Supreme Court has ordered Wikipedia to remove from its website the name and photo of the trainee doctor who was raped and murdered in Kolkata. The court was informed that Wikipedia had created a graphic depicting the victim. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, representing the CBI, raised concerns about how the victim's specific hairstyle was being depicted across various platforms.
