Gangster Goldy Brar has claimed responsibility for the explosions outside rapper Badshah's bar and another club in Chandigarh. "They didn't hear the ring when we called for protection money. We carried out the explosions to open their ears," the gangster claimed in a post on Facebook. The explosion damaged several of the bar's window panes.
