Flydubai flyers plan lawsuit against airline, Israel & UAE seeking ₹400 cr in damages: Report

Passengers aboard Flydubai plane, where co-pilot attacked Indian flight captain in attempted terror attack, are preparing massive class-action suit, report said. The suit will target airline alongside transportation ministries of Israel and UAE. Passengers could expect to get $200,000-$250,000 each in compensation, taking total payout for all 174 passengers to up to $43.5 million (₹415 crore).
