Delhi government is planning to introduce seven-seater electric vans for congested areas with narrow roads where buses cannot operate, Hindustan Times reported citing transport department officials. The vans will be used to connect densely populated areas to major bus corridors and metro stations. They will be operated by the government or government-certified private operators, the report added.
