Gurugram sees India's costliest single-unit apartment deal worth ₹271 crore: Report

Businessman Manav Sardana, who was associated with Faridabad-based Imperial Auto, which was bought by Warburg Pincus, has bought a penthouse at Gurugram's The Dahlias for ₹271 crore, PTI reported. The unit has a 10,500-square-foot carpet area, translating to around ₹2.6 lakh/square foot and making this India's costliest single-unit transaction, ET reported. The project's entry level is ₹100 crore.
