In Tamil Nadu's Coimbatore, eight officials at Arulmigu Koniamman Temple were suspended on Sunday following allegations of misappropriation of donation funds. As per authorities, four employees diverted an uncounted hundi and stole ₹31,000. Four supervisory officers were also suspended for administrative negligence. The case follows similar theft probes in Ayodhya Ram Temple and Badrinath Dham.
