OpenAI's head of safety systems, Johannes Heidecke, is leaving the company following a reorganisation that integrated its safety and research teams, WIRED reported. The safety team will now report to Vice President of Research Mia Glaese. Saachi Jain, who previously led safety teams at OpenAI, has been appointed interim head of safety systems, and she will report to Glaese.
