Forty-seven government junior colleges in Telangana are operating without regular principals, a crucial factor with the Intermediate practical exams scheduled in February and public exams are in March. Of the 425 government junior colleges in the state the absence of principals in more than 10 per cent of the institutions has disrupted operations.
