The Jammu and Kashmir government has renamed a school in Pahalgam after Adil Hussain Shah, who was killed while confronting terrorists during the Pahalgam attack on April 22, 2025. The school will now be called as Shaheed Adil Hussain Shah Memorial High School. Pakistani terrorists killed 25 tourists and local resident Adil Hussain Shah, who had confronted the attackers.
