Navaratri fest turns tense over waste dumping in Hyderabad

During Navarathrulu celebrations at Sri Pochamma Maisamma Jayadurga Devalayam in RK Puram, Hyderabad, two women were accused of dumping fish-scale water near an Annadhanam site on Oct 14. Complainant Muntha Ramesh Yadav alleged the act hurt religious sentiments. Police registered a case under BNS Sections 196(2), 299, 351(2), and 352.
