Railways responded after a viral video showed a man with a lit diya offering prayers on upper berth of a train. "For a proper investigation and necessary action regarding this matter, please provide the following details: the date and time of the incident, train number, PNR number, and your mobile number," Railway Seva's official X handle wrote.
