Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's grandnephew Chandra Kumar Bose resigned from TMC's primary membership on Monday, citing personal reasons. Bose had joined TMC in April 2026, ahead of West Bengal Assembly elections. "I've been in the Forward Bloc, BJP and TMC. I'm disillusioned with the mainstream political parties. They are all the same...just two sides of the same coin," he said.
