What is banned under GRAP-I as anti-pollution curbs imposed in Delhi?

As GRAP-I anti-pollution curbs are imposed in Delhi, private projects of 500 square metres or more are barred from proceeding without approved dust mitigation plans, Economic Times reported. Action will be taken against polluting industries and thermal power plants operating within 300 km of Delhi. The curbs also ban open burning of waste, including garbage, biomass, and municipal solid waste.
