Video of damaged vending machine in Lucknow surfaces, sparks debate on civic sense

A video has surfaced online showing a damaged vending machine at Lucknow's Rashtriya Prerna Sthal. The glass fronts of the machine were vandalised which left the food and drink items exposed. "Expectations like America, civic sense= zero," a person wrote. "People complain that government does nothing but when they get a facility, they turn around and destroy it," another said.
