India reportedly "cut red tape" to expedite business visas for Chinese professionals, Reuters reported, citing two officials. The move has been done to "end chronic delays that cost output worth billions of dollars because of scarce technicians", the report said. This has reportedly also been done to boost ties between the two countries.
