CBSE Chairman Rahul Singh and Secretary Himanshu Gupta were transferred by the government amid a massive row over the on-screen marking system (OSM) in Class 12 exams. Further, a one-member committee will probe the procurement of on-screen marking services by CBSE. Earlier today, a student named Sarthak Sidhant appeared before the Parliamentary Standing Committee to highlight flaws in OSM.
