Bengal transfers IPS Bushara Bano amid row over religious greetings in uniform

The West Bengal government has transferred IPS Bushara Bano to the State Armed Police 4th Battalion. This comes amid a row over a video showing IPS Bushara allegedly using religious greetings while in uniform. The government also transferred two WBPS officers, Partha Ghosh who will replace the IPS as the Additional SP of Kharagpur, and Subhendu Mandal, in the reshuffle.
