Tata Electronics has partnered with Netherlands-based ASML for the establishment and ramp-up of India's first commercial 300 mm semiconductor Fab in Dholera, Gujarat. They will invest $11 billion (over ₹1.5 lakh crore) to manufacture semiconductors for segments like automobile, mobile devices and AI for global customers. ASML will deploy its suite of advanced lithography tools for the facility.
