TMC's Mahua Moitra moves SC against eviction from circuit house

TMC leader Mahua Moitra on Monday approached the Supreme Court against her eviction from the Krishnanagar circuit house in West Bengal alleging that officials evicted her despite a room being allotted to her. Moitra earlier alleged that the district administration was threatening and harassing her to move out. Moitra's lawyers urged the SC for an urgent hearing in the matter.
