A row has erupted in Bengaluru after five students were forced to remove their sacred thread at a city college during the Common Entrance Test (CET). Parents of the students reportedly reached the exam venue and questioned the motive. BJP criticised the ruling Congress over the incident and called it "anti-Hindu" as the incident followed a similar one last year.
