The Hindi film industry reportedly lost ₹250 crore due to failure of 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' and 'Maidaan'. While Akshay Kumar-starrer film was mounted on budget of ₹350 crore, Ajay Devgn's sports-drama was made on budget of ₹250 crore. The domestic collection of 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' is under ₹60 crore. Meanwhile, 'Maidaan' is expected to finish under ₹45 crore.
