A man posted a picture of an enquiry staff sleeping in vest and boxers at the Amrit Bharat Begusarai railway station. "[This] left people without any information regarding trains, forcing a passenger to cross the tracks to catch train," the man wrote. "We'll do our best to help. Concerned official being notified. We regret the experience you had," Railways said.
