Tree branch injures 13 students at California school

High winds caused a tree branch to fall on students at Katherine Edwards Middle School in Whittier, California on Oct. 16, injuring 13, mostly minor. One required extra care. The same winds knocked out power for over 110,000 customers across Southern California as officials worked to prevent wildfires.
