Uzbekistan announces 30-day visa free entry for Indians during PM Modi's visit

Uzbekistan announced a 30-day visa-free regime for Indian citizens during PM Narendra Modi's official visit to Tashkent, with President Shavkat Mirziyoyev saying the move will make a significant contribution to strengthening people-to-people contacts. He added it will boost tourism and business exchanges between the two countries. PM Modi was also conferred Uzbekistan's highest state honour.
