20-yr-old out on bail after July Mercedes crash tries to run over people again; held

A 20-year-old law student, Soumya Ranjan Rath, was arrested in Bhubaneswar for allegedly trying to run over a dhaba owner and staff following a dispute over an unpaid bill. The altercation left three people injured and seven motorcycles damaged. Rath was allegedly intoxicated. He was released on bail after a motorcyclist died in a crash with his Mercedes in July.
