14 killed as heavy rain triggers floods, landslides in Nepal

At least 14 people have died in Nepal in 72 hours as heavy rainfall triggered floods and landslides. Four people each were killed in separate landslides in Myagdi and Baglung districts on Sunday. The Narayani River crossed its warning level of 9 meters, while landslides blocked highways. Security forces evacuated thousands of people from flood-prone areas to safer locations.
