Israel's secretive 8200 cyber warfare unit, the largest single military unit in the Israel Defense Forces, was allegedly involved in the mass explosion of Hezbollah pagers in Lebanon. Unit 8200 was allegedly involved in the 2005-10 Stuxnet virus attack that disabled Iranian nuclear centrifuges. It also reportedly thwarted an ISIS attack on an Australia-UAE flight in 2018.
