Ex-Delhi minister Raaj Kumar Anand, who resigned last month from AAP citing "corruption" and later joined BSP, sent a "fresh" letter to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to accept his resignation. "Earlier, I was told that CM is in jail so he cannot sign any file. Now I've written to him again...My resignation, however, is yet to be accepted," he said.
