Mexico's Senate approved tariff hikes of up to 50% on imports from countries without trade deals with Mexico, including China, India and other Asian countries. The bill will impose tariffs of between 5% and 50% on over 1,400 products from Asian nations, and it will come into effect next year. Majority of products will see tariffs of up to 35%.
